This is a list of a bunch of things in the world that I do not understand.

Rugby

I am not going to lie, I do not understand a lot of sports but this one particularly is one that I have no clue what is going on. Usually with sports, I can at least grasp the basic concepts of what is supposed to be happening, but what is going on in this sport. Maybe because it is such a big time in Europe and I am from the United States is a reason why I do not understand this sport. But, people still play rugby in the U.S. because there are some U.S. teams. But I just do not get this sport from what I have seen, they can kick the ball and throw the ball. But they can pick up people to catch the ball like my brain is saying what is happening. I just do not understand rugby and if someone would try to explain it to me, I probably still would not understand. 

Valentines Day

I just do not get the hype of this holiday. I understand that people love love and love being in love because I do as well. But this holiday was built on consumerism. It is just a giant ploy by greeting card companies to make people spend money. I mean maybe people love spending money and that is perfectly okay with me. But you can celebrate love everyday. Why have a whole day dedicated to it so that it makes every other day that you can be celebrating less special. Maybe it is just me who does not understand. 

Stop apologizing for things that I have not done

I do not understand how to stop apologizing for things that I do not have to. In reality, I get that I do not have to apologize for everything, but in my mind I just have to because it is just a thing that I have to do even if something is not my fault. People always tell me that I do not have to apologize for something that has or has not happened but in my mind I do. It is a reflex that I do not understand why I do it. Maybe it is because I am very much a people pleaser which is not always a good thing. I need everything to be perfect and even though it is not healthy, it just is the way that my brain works. So I do not understand how to stop apologizing for things I do not need to. 

Math

I just do not understand Math. It is definitely the numbers and how there are so many. You have to do this and that and the other thing just to get the right answer. It is insane. I just do not get any math like I look at a number and go well the math is not mathing here so that is okay. It is probably my brain picking whether I am good at math and science, which the answer to that question is neither, or english and the arts, which the answer to that question is usually both depending. But math is just not something that I understand and that is okay. 

Time Zones

I do not understand this concept. Why are all these different time zones and how do we keep track of them? How come when we get on a plane and go somewhere, sometimes that place might be hours ahead of the place that we came from. It is so confusing. Someone needs to explain to me how this stuff works. I just do not understand.
