America’s beloved sitcom star and comedian Bob Saget was found dead in his Orlando hotel room on January 9, 2022. The “Full House” star was found dead in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room while on tour. The Orange County Sheriff’s office confirmed his death and declared him unresponsive and ultimately deceased. They also stated that there were no signs of foul play and no signs of a drug overdose either.

As of right now, the cause of death is still unknown but being investigated. It is estimated that it will take about 10-12 weeks to determine the actual cause. Allegedly, Saget died peacefully in his sleep with no pain or suffering.

Saget was best known for playing Danny Tanner on the long-running sitcom “Full House”. He played the loving, caring, single father of three.

Bob Saget was born in Philadelphia PA in 1956. He graduated from Temple University and then shortly after, he catapulted himself into a career in comedy.

Although Saget was known to play “clean” characters, he himself was quite raunchy in real life. His standup was filled with foul language and anatomical references.

According to Saget, he was “basically just a nine year old boy that evolved.”

Saget’s death occurred while he was on tour giving his deadpan stand up comedy act. After a show on Saturday night, Saget thanked his audience Sunday morning for a great show. He tweeted, “I had no idea I did a two hour set tonight, I’m happily addicted again to this.”

Although Saget has faced much backlash for his raunchy remarks surrounding “Full House”, his death was still mourned by many.

John Stamos, a co-star on the set of “Full House” tweeted, “I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.”

Another co-star, Dave Coulier, also from “Full House” shared a picture and tweeted “I’ll never let go, brother. Love you.”

With many thoughts of love and sympathy, Saget was finally put to rest on Friday January 14. There were over 300 people in attendance, and co-stars Stamos and Coulier served as pallbearers for long friend Saget.

Despite his edgy comedy and sketchy background, Saget will be missed by many.

Survivors include his wife, Kelly Rizzo and three daughters, Aubrey Saget, Lara Melanie Saget and Jennifer Belle Saget.
