Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake

3 minutes to make!
INGREDIENTS:
4 TBSP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TBSP WHITE GRANULATED SUGAR or (ANY SWEETENER OF YOUR CHOICE)
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP OF PUMPKIN PIE SPICE BLEND
PINCH OF SALT
2 TBSP PUMPKIN PUREE
½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
3 TBSP MILK
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
In the same cup, mix in the milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla.
Stir until incorporated well.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Add a dollop of whip cream or vanilla ice cream on top.
